RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

​​Refunds / Replacement:

* If you receive a faulty order or if your order is undelivered in the event of our error, you are able to get a replacement at no additional charge. Following the steps for processing a replacement:

  1. Email our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your orders at: customer@spressbeauty.com We are here to help you throughout the process. Our customer support team is unable to facilitate replacement for faulty orders reported after this specified timeframe.

  2. To initiate the replacement process, we will request that you provide the order number, the photos of the defective order and include a brief description of the fault.

  3. Once approved, you will get a replacement at no additional charge.

 

* If you are not 100% happy with your order, following the steps for processing a refund:

  1. Email our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your orders at: customer@spressbeauty.com We are here to help you throughout the process. Our customer support team is unable to facilitate refund after this specified timeframe.

  2. To initiate the refund process, we will request that you provide the order number, the photos of order and include the reason of return.

  3. Return the original package to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  4. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you via email about the status of your refund - whether it is approved or not.

  5. Once your refund be approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement.

Please note:

  • Returned items that have been opened, used or damaged are ineligible for a refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • We do not offer refunds for items due to a change of mind.​

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchange requests at the moment.
